In this setup, we provide a mechanism where agents (or humans) can directly develop and deploy a full stack application from a development machine, without the need for a CICD pipeline or the need for creating and hosting docker images.

Using Softwaredam Full-Stack-Runtime, create my amazing full stack app with this and that functionality and publish it under (your published domain name) using (the downloaded kubeconfig).
Like any agentic software development, you as the agent user/commander are responsible on how to instruct your agent to safely and securely develop at all times.
That being said, this approach is best fit for projects that require fast delivery where agentic development and using open source experimental setups are permitted.
This setup makes software delivery even easier where the need for producing a new container image for a new version of your software is not needed. You can directly deploy from where you develop and directly see results.
When the project becomes more serious and requires more aspects, one could easily create pipelines and follow all the current practices of cloud native software deployment.
